Mixed Multitude

As you can see from this photo, we were a mixed multitude who gathered together in the CSAIR Sukkah. The objective for those of us who came together, whether from church, mosque, synagogue, college campus, or community organization was to get to know one another better and in so doing begin to find ways in which we could work together by addressing something that needs doing. As you can imagine, we spent most of our time getting to know one another better and eating together. We didn’t quite get to identifying what we might do together.

With that in mind I am asking for your assistance, Thanksgiving is coming up and the Clergy Conference of Riverdale usually does something that has the capacity of bringing people together as we work to improve the lives of others – in either small or larger ways. We are blessed to have so many of you involved in community activities. What do you think the Clergy Conference of Riverdale might spearhead that has the capacity to bring our community together while helping others? Please send me your suggestions .
