Self-Care
Self-Care
This week's mitzvah is SELF-CARE.
We cannot help others if we do not take care of ourselves.

Here's one suggestion for how to prevent burnout -- say NO.
Set clear boundaries for what responsibilities you are willing and able to take on, whether paid or unpaid, and do not hesitate to refuse further obligations that may become burdensome and harmful to you. We do what we can; we need to safeguard our health so that we can continue to do more!
